Arizona & California Railroad

On my most recent trip to Las Vegas I came across the ex-UPY 1404 MP15ac, the yellow and white sticker on the hood said it is an Remote Control Locomotive but I don't know where it was in service. Notice the 2 white 5 gallon buckets of top of the exhaust stacks. Of the many times I've gone through here, I've never seen the crane out in the open so I can get a picture without anything blocking part or all of it. I've also been keeping an eye on the Harvey House in Needles since the city refurbished it.  The plan was to bring in a couple of small businesses, a small motel and a restaurant There were also plans to use it for local social events and the upstairs balcony on the backside of the building.could be used as a railfan platform. I believe Amtrak might have a little office in the building.
